What testing and quality control do you do on the Pedalite Toe Clips?
Our quality control programme is extensive from human testers, mechanical test rigs, random checks, etc.
The Toe Clips have been frozen and then hit with a hammer to check that they
operate in all temperatures. The easiest way to answer this question is to ask you to review the quality control
section of our website.
Do the Toe Clips fit to any pedals?
No. Pedalite Toe Clips are designed especially for the Pedalite
battery free 360 degree visibility pedal lights and will almost certainly not
fit to other pedals. The Toe clips are also only compatible with the KPL200
Pedalite pedal not the older KPL100 model. Please check carefully if buying this
product that you are purchasing for the KPL200 model pedal available since
November 2007.
What materials are Pedalite Toe Clips made from and how tough are they?
Pedalite Toeclips are made from Zytel, a nylon and glass material that is
both stronger and lighter than aluminium. They are flexible yet
exceptionally durable.
Do you offer different sizes of Toe Clip?
No. We have found that the standard size Toe Clip is acceptable for
children through to adults and therefore we offer a "one size fits all" Toe
Clip. This does mean that children with small feet may find the clips a
little big while they are growing and those adult that have feet above a size 11
may find the Toe Clips too tight.
