The process is very simple and companies usually like to be associated with Pedalite as a result of our environmental attributes, the safety aspects of the products and the health implications of cycling, each of these is detailed further on this website.

To set up a scheme all that you need to do is:

1. Speak to your HR department and have them contact us or set up the scheme directly yourself by simply telling us you would like a corporate scheme.

2. We will check your company qualifies and then set up a promotional code for your company, e.g. “Company Name” and advise you/your HR department of this.

3. You/your company promotes the offer by emailing all staff, adding text/pictures to an internal newsletter, putting notices on notice boards, etc.

4. An employee goes onto the Pedalite website, buys the product, enters the promotional code and receives a 10% discount courtesy of “your company”.

5. There is no cost to the company, no commitment needs to be made, we administer the scheme, all the company does is promote the offer and receive staff satisfaction from arranging the discount.

6. There are plenty of pictures in zip files on the downloads section of this website, the promotion simply needs to describe Pedalite and indicate that employees can get a discount by entering the company’s name in the promotional code field when buying the product.

For Pedalite Pedal orders of over 500, at retail price, logo personalisation can be included at no extra charge. Special colour pedals and other special orders require individual quotations and usually production runs of volumes over 3000 pedals.
